Refund Policy
for the digital product "English Learning Marathon"
We are confident that the English Learning Marathon will help you make significant progress in learning English. However, if you do not achieve the results specified in the program terms, you are entitled to a refund in accordance with the rules described below.
General Terms and Conditions

Повернення можливе протягом 45 днів з дати оплати.

Поверненню підлягає лише завершений марафон тривалістю не менше 42 днів.

Термін обробки повернення може займати до 30 днів від моменту надання всіх доказів.

Витрати на комісії платіжних систем будуть відняті із суми повернення.
Refund Criteria

Результати EF SET
The difference between the overall scores on the final test EF SET and the initial score must be 5 or fewer points.
You must provide a link to the certificates: https://cert.efset.org/XXX, where XXX is the certificate code. The name on the certificate must match the name of the customer (or the person specified in the order notes).

Виконання програми
- You must complete at least 90% of the days of the marathon.
- Please submit the completed tables for each day/sprint, following the format of the corresponding Google Forms: Progress Log and Weekly Retrospective Analysis

Практика зі словником
- You should work with the ANKI dictionary or an alternative dictionary every day for at least 90% of the days of the marathon.
- Evidence must be provided (screenshots/statistics exported from the dictionary).
Return Procedure

Надіслати запит у відповідну форму. Додати Посилання на сертифікати EF SET (initial and final), spreadsheets with completed fields, completed Google Forms, and evidence of dictionary use.

Очікувати відповідь і підтвердження від служби підтримки.
Exceptions
Повернення не надається у випадках:

Якщо користувач не надав необхідних доказів проходження програми.

Якщо марафон було придбано, але не завершено протягом терміну дії повернення коштів.

Якщо користувач пройшов менше ніж 90% програми (38 днів).
