Less routine. More system. More results.

ContentPilot - AI content planner for Google Sheets

Plan, create, and analyze content in one tool: from idea and text to images, calendar, UTM, and statistics.
Existing business process

Why does content still take a lot of time even with AI?

You may already be using ChatGPT or other AI tools to create content, but the problem persists. Because content is not just about "writing a text". It is a process of dozens of micro-actions.
AI speeds up writing, but does not remove the operational routine.
ContentPilot removes unnecessary routine and allows you to automate the content management process.
Make it systemic

ContentPilot is a system that builds this business process

You work right in Google Sheets. You plan all content for different channels, generate text, media, and even UTM, and see and schedule all publications in a single Calendar. You no longer need to have multiple chats with AI, copy to different calendars to schedule.

Built-in AI assistants

The learning process is very fast. You add files with the necessary data, click a button, and then the Agents will write specifically for you.

Flexibility

Manage different projects in different languages on any resources. The AI assistants will dynamically switch to the required one.

Multichanneling

Plan content for various social networks, emails, blogs, messengers, and even comments that need to be published.

Speed

You only fill in the basic data about the publication. Then you generate texts and images one by one or in bulk.

Quality

Content is created taking into account the context and knowledge about the project. If necessary, you refine it just like you do in a chat.

Analytics

Automatic creation of UTMs and collection of open statistics will give you an understanding of the effectiveness of both your own resources and external ones.

It is also a basic tool for further auto-posting of content.
With the connection of an automation service (n8n, Make, Zapier...), you can not only plan content yourself, but also automate the creation and auto-posting of content.
System functionality

See how ContentPilot works from the inside

Below are the key interface screens that show how content goes from idea to result in one tool.

Custom knowledge bases of AI agents

In the Knowledge Base, you create and group the necessary data: texts, files, and materials that are important for your projects. They can be linked to different projects and channels so that the AI assistant always works with the relevant context, not "in general."

Content Management Center

The main menu is the ContentPilot control panel. This is where you start generating posts and images, create UTM tags, edit content, add related posts, and collect statistics. All the key actions are in one place, without searching through files.

Workspace of each channel

Each channel has its own email with a table for content planning: topics, statuses, ready-made posts, links, and UTM tags. You see not just one channel, but a whole system of channels, each in its own workspace, without confusion.

Single calendar for all channels

The calendar combines all channels in one place. On the left is a monthly overview, on the right is a weekly plan with aggregated posts by day. You can immediately see the progress of your content plan by statuses and edit or schedule posts right from the calendar.

Post from a single short prompt

To create a post, a simple query like: "Reveal the system's capabilities". ContentPilot already knows your project, target audience, style, and goals, so this minimum is enough to deliver a quality result without long technical descriptions.

Full control over the result

To edit, you simply select a post and click Edit. You can change the basic data before generation, the post text itself, UTM tags, statuses, and other fields. This works both in a specific channel and directly from the calendar.

Reposts without copying

In this mode, you add a related post as the basis for a new one. This is ideal for reposts: the key idea and link will be automatically pulled up, and the system will generate adapted text for another channel.

Branded images

Generate not just "images for the industry", but full-fledged visuals based on your references. You can add photos of people, goods, objects, backgrounds, icons, or logos, and they will be taken into account when generating them.

Shall we get acquainted?

I created ContentPilot first to manage my own channels, and then opened it up to others.

My name is Sergey Seroyed, an IT specialist with over 15 years of experience. I create solutions for businesses and for my own systems - and ContentPilot was born out of a very practical pain: I was tired of wasting time on copy-paste, chaos, and manual actions when everything can be optimized.

I make ContentPilot so that content stops being an "eternal mess" and becomes a manageable process. You plan - the system works. My focus is on speed, order, and measurable results.

Under the hood

Technological basis of ContentPilot

The system is built on Google Sheets - one of the most popular and reliable business tools in the world - with a direct connection to artificial intelligence without any third-party intermediary services. All logic is implemented through Google Apps Script, which means maximum stability, transparency, and control: the system works on your side, not "somewhere in SaaS".

OpenAI is one of the world's leading artificial intelligence providers, covering a full range of tasks: from text and image generation to working with code, data, and video.

ContentPilot uses direct integration with OpenAI, without third-party automation services, which ensures maximum reliability and minimum cost of each generation.

Thanks to the professional selection of models for specific tasks (posts, CTAs, analytics, visuals), ContentPilot achieves one of the lowest prices on the market while maintaining high quality results. This means: more content for less money - without hidden dependencies.

Claude is currently considered to be one of the strongest AI systems for working with content. This applies to both human and machine writing (programming). Its key advantage is a deep understanding of context, logic, and tone, which makes texts as natural, structured, and "alive" as possible.

In ContentPilot, Claude is used where the quality of wording, meaning, and presentation is critical: expert posts, sales texts, complex explanations, and work with large knowledge bases. This allows you to create content that does not look like "generated by AI" but reads like the work of an experienced copywriter.

Direct integrations with AI models allow for extremely low generation costs. Depending on the model chosen, the size of the knowledge base, and the quality of the images, the cost of one complete cycle (post + UTM + images) can range from $0.01 to $0.40. In real-world scenarios with a large knowledge base and high-quality models, the average cost is about 2-5 cents per full-fledged content.

What is ContentPilot in simple terms?

ContentPilot is a content planning, creation, and management system that works right in Google Sheets. It combines AI post and image generation, UTM tags, a content calendar, multi-channel management, and analytics in one place.

AI services are universal tools. They are often used as a first contact with AI via chat.

For the systematic solution of business problems, we use API integration for embedding in business processes.

ContentPilot is a demonstration of one of these business processes. It is designed for content planning, text and visuals generation, UTM, calendar, and further analytics.

You don't copy texts between AI chats, planners, and spreadsheets - everything happens in one system.

The functionality is the same in all plans. The only difference is in the number of file activations and the number of channels (emails) in each copy.

This allows you to choose the scale without any limitations on the possibilities.

Number of files = number of independent workspaces.
One copy of the ContentPilot file is a separate "content hub".
They are convenient to use when:
- you have several projects;
- several clients;
- different teams or areas;
- different countries and publication accounts;
- or you want to completely separate accesses.

Number of emails = number of channels inside one file
Emails are communication channels, for example, a specific Facebook page or group, Instagram profile, LinkedIn, YouTube channel, email newsletter, Telegram, external communities, etc.

Each email is a separate space for planning, generating, and managing content for a specific channel.

Focus not on "today" but on a real-world use case:

- You are alone and run several social networks for one project → one file with several emails is enough.

- You run many channels for different projects → multiple files will work for you to avoid mixing content and contexts.

- Team or company with several destinations/countries → it is convenient to have a separate file for each destination or market.

- Agency or freelancer with clients → each client = a separate file with their channels inside.

Be sure to count the total number of your channels so that there are enough of them within the file.

ContentPilot does not limit you functionally -
You just choose how much "space" you need.

Yes. You always can:
- add new copies of files
- expand the number of channels within the file;
- or upgrade to a larger package without losing data.

ContentPilot is designed togrow with younot limit it.

Yes. This is the salt of this system.
In one file, you can maintain: Facebook pages and groups, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, email newsletters, external groups, and any other channels.

Each of these channels is a separate email, but they are all consolidated into a single weekly and monthly calendar.

For each project, you can have your own context, knowledge base, and style - and switch between them in a couple of clicks. At the same time, AI assistants will switch to each project.

Yes, you can. To activate, you need to specifythe same email you used to place the order, іlicense keythat was sent to your email. If you activate the license in a different copy of the file or under a different Google account, you should still useorder email + key.

Yes. ContentPilot is designed as a basis for automation.

In the future, I am planning a separate product based on n8n that will be able to work in parallel with you for the tasks of Auto-posting, Content Generation, Search for new ideas, Reply to comments, and others.

What AI models are used?

For texts, you can useChatGPT and Claude - you can choose a model depending on the task and budget.

For images, useChatGPT Image with support for branding and references.

I plan to expand the list of models in the future. If you are interested in specific models, please send me a request with your wishes.

Yes. Payment for the selected models will be charged separately, regardless of whether you have a subscription to AI services or not.

Also read the answer to the question: "How is ContentPilot different from ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, or any other AI?".

Subscription to ChatGPT, Claude and others - is access to chat through their interface.

API access - is the ability to use the same modelsinside other systemsand other online tools, such as ContentPilot.

ContentPilot worksvia APIand not via chat.
That's why:
- generation takes place directly in Google Sheets;
- the context of the project is preserved;
- mass generation, UTM, calendar, images, and analytics are available.

Even if you have a subscription to ChatGPT Plus or Claudeit does not cover API usage and cannot be connected directly to ContentPilot.

Also, API generation usuallycheaper and more controlledthan working via chat.

You pay for ContentPilot only once and then use it without any time limits.

Separately, you will have payments directly to the selected AI services for generation at their rates. Due to direct integration with them, the cost of generation will be minimal for you.

Thanks to direct API integration and implementation via Google Apps Script: post + image + UTM can usually cost from $0.02 to $0.05 per generation.

The actual price depends on:
- The size of the knowledge base you send to the AI assistant;
- The chosen language model;
- The amount of context;
- Image quality and size.

The approximate upper limit of generation at the highs will be $0.5.

Yes. You can add links to: logos, people, products, objects, interfaces, or any other references.

The system will take them into account when generating visuals to make them recognizable and "yours."

No. ContentPilot is designed for marketers, SMMs, businesses, and agencies.

You don't need to know the code, API, or Apps Script - all the hard part is already implemented.

I have many more ideas, including the SAAS model.

ContentPilot is a simple product on an open platform. That's why it's important for me to give it life 😉

Yes, I do. I do integrationturnkeyI customize the system for your channels, projects, content structure, knowledge base, promotions, and (if necessary) automation. Payment.hourly. If you want, write to me - I will suggest the optimal format and scope of work for your case.
